During a recent trip to Iowa, U.S. Sen. George Allen, R-Virginia, went well beyond the usual ethanol pandering and State Fair corndog eating displays we are all accustomed to seeing from presidential candidates. “I just wanted to make it clear to all of you all that I wanted to be born in Iowa," Allen said.
